CrossFit Training
If you want to be fit and fab, as well as be healthy, our CrossFit training is the right thing you need. We have a lot of various routines that are constantly varied that comprise functional movements for your entire body. Our CrossFit is high-intensity, however, we will provide training according to your current body situation and age. Before you can get started with us, we’ll conduct a 3 day free physical and nutrition assessment so we’ll know what level of training we can give to you.
Personal Training
If you aren’t comfortable with CrossFit just yet, you can avail yourself of our personal training exercise. We have a wide variety of routines and moves that will definitely suit your mood and requirements. Our instructors are all certified so there’s nothing to worry about.
