If you want to dedicate a month or two to exercise alone, you can enlist yourself in our boot camps for an affordable price. We’ll make sure that you’ll be trained rigorously there and will see results once you’re home!
Olympic Classes
Want to become flexible? Enroll yourself in our Olympic classes! We have certified Olympic instructors that will teach you the basics and fundamentals of the Olympics, as well as different routines that will enhance your posture and flexibility in no time. We have the right equipment in our facility and guarantee your safety while the session is ongoing.
Beginner Classes
If you want to start from the bottom, our beginner classes are fit for you. We’ll make sure that you’ll feel comfortable every step of the way!
Fundamental Classes
Our fundamental classes will give you a much deeper insight when it comes to exercising and making your body fit. What’s an intense exercise if you’re not doing it right?
Kids Classes
Want your kids to be fit and healthy, too? Enroll them in our kid’s classes. We’re vigilant and make sure that your kids are safe and sound during the session.
CrossFit Training
If you want to be fit and fab, as well as be healthy, our CrossFit training is the right thing you need. We have a lot of various routines that are constantly varied that comprise functional movements for your entire body. Our CrossFit is high-intensity, however, we will provide training according to your current body situation and age. Before you can get started with us, we’ll conduct a 3 day free physical and nutrition assessment so we’ll know what level of training we can give to you.
Personal Training
If you aren’t comfortable with CrossFit just yet, you can avail yourself of our personal training exercise. We have a wide variety of routines and moves that will definitely suit your mood and requirements. Our instructors are all certified so there’s nothing to worry about.
